As a Technical Support Coordinator with Epiroc Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and coordination services.

The Role

This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs. You will oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support, facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel, prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports, and act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
  • An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
  • Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • A willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
