BDO Private Wealth Advisers is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our Private Wealth team in Sydney.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly technical and ethical team, providing holistic strategic and investment advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies, including investment recommendations, retirement planning, tax planning, debt management, and estate planning.
  • Provide expert advice on complex financial decisions, helping clients protect and grow their wealth.
  • Work closely with support staff to implement advice and ensure seamless client service.
  • Contribute to business development, assisting in growing the existing client book.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial advice, with a strong background in superannuation, investments, and insurance.
  • FASEA qualified (or near qualified) and registered on the Financial Adviser Register.
  • CFP desired.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical and professional standards, with a strong compliance history.
  • Ability to present and engage with internal and external stakeholders, building internal and external networks that generate new client relationships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a growth mindset.
