We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Valuation Specialist to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure seamless collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You will be expected to effectively manage business opportunities, achieve personal annual budgets, and contribute to the growth and development of our Residential Valuation offering.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include property inspections, research, data preparation, and report writing in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

We are looking for a driven professional with:

• A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with significant experience in residential valuation
• Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
