About the Role
Calvary Bruce Private Hospital's Critical Care Unit offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a team of dedicated professionals in a mission-based organization.
The unit has 8 beds and specializes in critical care, post-surgical high dependency care, coronary care, and other complex disease processes.
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Department of Veterans Affairs Liaison Nurse, and a Discharge Planner.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients, as well as working collaboratively with the team to support people through vulnerable moments.
Key Requirements
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development
- COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement
Desirable Qualifications
- Post Graduate qualification in Advance Practice Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, or working towards the same
