Role Overview
As a Mortgage Consultant at Lendi, you will be a trusted advisor in your community, offering expert lending guidance and tailored solutions. With a significant portion of home loans being facilitated through brokers, this is an exciting time to join our dynamic team. We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill salaried positions within our network, where you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mortgage options.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise Managing appointments with pre-qualified clients arranged by our support team Delivering personalized lending advice and solutions to meet client needs Engaging with the local community to foster relationships and generate referrals Collaborating with our Client Solutions team to ensure seamless processing of loan applicationsRequired Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, with support available for those who need to obtain it Relevant experience in broking, lending, banking, or sales A passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in achieving their home ownership goals Australian citizenship or permanent residencyBenefits
