MARS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive a major loyalty systems transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, with experience working in retail and loyalty systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transformation activities for a major loyalty transformation program, collaborating with key stakeholders and solutioning.
  • Work with key technical stakeholders to develop technical designs.
  • Assist in accelerating delivery timelines through strategic planning and efficient processes.
  • Lead technical resources around deliverable activities.
  • Establish development standards for teams, working closely with Product, Quality Assurance, and architecture.
  • Estimate work on the backlog and break down user stories into manageable units of work.
  • Write and maintain unit test automation to ensure delivered changes meet acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in regular design meetings and code reviews, driving technical excellence.
  • Produce detailed documentation, including technical specifications based on business and functional requirements.
Candidate Experience
  • Proven experience in technical retail transformation delivery and solutioning.
  • Experience with retail and loyalty systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of coding standards, development practices, and modern software architecture.
