Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to join our team as an ECM Solutions Expert. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust file management systems using IBM FileNet solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized FileNet solutions with Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-visibility projects that drive business value.
  • Participate in design meetings to provide technical insights and contribute to design decisions.
  • Design and implement system monitoring tools to ensure seamless operation.
  • Contribute to risk remediation activities and operational enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in IBM Records Manager and FileNet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IBM Filenet P8 with strong exposure in Archival and Retrieval.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to communicate effectively.
