Security Architect Opportunity

HiTech Group is seeking an experienced Security Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to evaluate security risks, design robust security solutions, and ensure compliance with government security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Requirements Evaluation: Determine security requirements through business strategy evaluations and threat risk assessments.
  • Security Solution Design: Design security solutions that meet the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and ASD Mitigation strategies.
  • Security Accreditation and Risk Management: Develop and maintain security accreditation plans and risk management strategies.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Collaborate with certification and accreditation authorities to ensure system designs meet security standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Security Architect, especially in cloud infrastructure.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and experience managing security artefacts and processes.
  • Security Expertise: Proficiency in conducting system vulnerability analyses and developing security solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and provide guidance on security risks and mitigations.
