Job Title: Site Quality Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing site quality processes, implementing control measures, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure effective quality control and assurance.
  • Work closely with the site installation team to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven ability to drive project success with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Previous experience in quality management for large-scale projects or similar industries is required.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively in both written and verbal formats.
