As a Beauty Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence by:

• Delivering Exceptional Results: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
• Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling confident and radiant.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
• Commitment to Excellence: Uphold our values of safety, excellence, and outstanding customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Formal Qualification: A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect.
• Professionalism: Be punctual, organized, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
• Passion for Beauty: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
• Customer Service Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.

This role offers a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
