Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Welcoming customers and providing a positive shopping experience
    • Assisting customers with queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Store Operations
    • Stocking and facing shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment
    • Ticketing and merchandising products to meet customer needs
    • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the pharmacy and retail areas
  • Transaction Processing
    • Processing transactions at the register, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is highly desirable
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
