About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team in South East Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with a market-leading civil contractor to deliver projects to the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of Queensland's population and infrastructure growth, with projects based across SEQ. You will have the chance to work on a variety of scope, including Bulk Earthworks, Utilities Installation, Road / Pavement constructions, and Stabilisation Works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and on-site supervisor to ensure project delivery meets the highest standards.
  • Client liaison - detailing methodologies and ensuring compliance with HSE legislation.
  • Management of subcontractors and construction delivery.
  • Scope of works - Bulk Earthworks, Utilities Installation, Road / Pavement constructions, and Stabilisation Works.
  • Planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as progress and cost reporting.
  • Quality Assurance of construction delivery.
  • Procurement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years Project Engineer experience - experience in land development is favored.
  • Proven track record of compliance and safety.
  • Understanding and experience in self-performing and subcontract works.
  • Ability to cost and plan works.
  • Excellent communication skills.
