Role Overview

We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Academic Recruitment Professional to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting new domestic students to our allied colleges and campuses, working closely with a wider team to inform the overall student recruitment strategy and drive increased enrolments in Navitas University Partnerships Australasia programs.

You'll leverage the unique relationship between our Campuses, University Partners, and Navitas Teams, responsible for the recruitment, lead management, and conversion to support our domestic student enrolments across a portfolio of campuses nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit new domestic students to our allied colleges and campuses
  • Inform the overall student recruitment strategy and drive increased enrolments in Navitas University Partnerships Australasia programs
  • Leverage the unique relationship between our Campuses, University Partners, and Navitas Teams to drive recruitment, lead management, and conversion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience within a phone-based sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs, preferably within the education sector
  • Use of sales and service systems, preferably including previous use of Salesforce CRM
  • Strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with a diverse range of people and develop trust and rapport
  • Service-oriented mindset with a genuine concern for client needs
  • Motivation and passion for sales, with a keen interest in education
  • Ownership of tasks and ability to convert opportunities
  • Strong commitment to personal excellence and achievement of targets
  • Self-discipline and independently driven, but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
