About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Orange - Kite Street. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of our centre and ensuring that our children receive a high-quality early learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Goodstart's educational philosophy
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes for children
  • Build and maintain relationships with families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) if you are an Early Childhood Teacher
