Role Overview

The Ground Support Operator plays a vital role in the success of our client's drone delivery service team. Based in the Ringwood area, this position requires individuals with unique talents and a passionate drive to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and daily setup to ensure the drone aircraft is ready for operation.
  • Pack and load packages onto the aircraft, maintaining a high degree of safety and efficiency.
  • Manage the nest site, ordering equipment replenishments as needed.
  • Identify aircraft requiring maintenance action and report any unsafe or unusual occurrences to the operations manager.

About You

  • Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and high attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Australian driving license is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and physical fitness to complete heavy duties.
  • Able to work outdoors when required and weekends.
