About the Role:

  • Provide in-home support services to our aged care customers, helping them live independently and safely in their own homes and communities.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • Build relationships with customers and their families, conducting client observations and providing ongoing support and training.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent Part Time contracts available, depending on your location and availability to work.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $31.74 to $32.56 per hour, plus 11.5% super.
  • Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM, plus paid travel time.
  • Stable roster and opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs.
  • Smartphone and Uniform provided.
  • Fully supported Induction program and opportunity to become Cert III qualified in Individual Support (Aged Care), all fees paid.
  • Fitness Passport - a discounted gym membership program for eligible employees and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar industry and/or a Certification in Care.
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.
  • Full vaccination for COVID-19 with a minimum of 2 doses.
  • Alignment to our values of Warm, Bold & Honest.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish, Arabic, Lebanese, or Greek is valued but not mandatory.
