Personal Care Coordinator

Your tasks will include:
- Providing top-notch care and support to clients in accordance with their tailored care plans
- Assisting clients in developing skills that promote their independence
- Attending to clients' personal care requirements, including showering, dressing, and other daily activities
- Supporting clients with their medication needs
- Working collaboratively as part of the care team to deliver comprehensive care solutions
