As a pioneering force in the fashion industry, Princess Polly seeks an accomplished Senior Buyer to spearhead the development of our dress collections. This is a pivotal role that requires a visionary leader with exceptional taste and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovation and growth by curating best-in-market, on-trend, and customer-centric collections
- Mentor junior team members and lead strategic category planning to expand our dresses reach and deliver exceptional assortments
- Broaden our product offerings by sourcing new materials and maintaining a robust vendor network
- Meet category sales and margin targets while driving profitability for new styles
- Work closely with planning, replenishment, and supply chain teams to optimize processes and maximize category performance
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of buying experience within apparel categories, proven leadership experience in fashion-forward retail, and a strong connection to our brand and customer.
