Test Engineering Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of test automation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and quality assurance principles. They will be responsible for driving testing strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement comprehensive test plans and quality gates to ensure effective test coverage.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and analysts to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor testers in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive both manual and automated testing across various phases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
  • Manage defect triage forums and report on test progress and quality metrics.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing test teams across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and quality assurance principles.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of test tools such as EasyRepro and MSTest.
  • Strong defect management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
