Drive strategic studies and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Develop comprehensive study plans, identify resource requirements, and coordinate input from various departments and external consultants as needed.

Contribute to business development activities through provision of targeted technical expertise and advice.

Develop value-enhancing business cases that combine commercial acumen with technical knowledge.

Maintain high-quality deliverables in the form of periodic reporting and study documents.

Ensure consistent implementation of standard documents and processes.

Align study estimates and execution plans with commercial and contracting models.

Develop subsequent engineering/project proposals to ensure alignment with study objectives.

Comply with project development processes for invoicing, job opening, internal reporting, and closing.

Facilitate handovers of studies and development work to the next phase (e.g. engineering, projects).

Build and maintain client relationships, foster communication, and update CRM systems.

Key qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (Process, Chemical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or similar directly applicable technical qualification.

Essential skills and experience:

Significant experience in two or more areas: design, project development, project delivery, or site operations/support (in coal or mineral processing). Experience as a Study Leader is highly desirable.

High level of written and verbal communication skills.

Desired skills and experience:

Previous experience working with large clients.
