Aviation Training Position

The role of Aviation Technical Instructor involves delivering high-quality aviation training, supporting student development and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to deliver technical training to students and Defence personnel within a simulated working environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide specialized skills and advice to support aviation technical training
  • To develop and maintain relationships with the customer, government and industry partners
  • To design and develop training solutions and documentation
About You
  • A demonstrated track record as a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or equivalent experience in Aviation Safety Regulations
  • Certificate III/IV in Aeroskills or current EASA/CASA Licence highly regarded
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), technical training instructor experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
