Web Development Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed through regular check-ins and ensure that expectations are met.
  • Project Planning & Oversight: Lead all phases from concept to launch, guiding architecture, content, design, and development.
  • Team Coordination & Collaboration: Manage a team of designers, writers, and developers to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Scope Management: Stay up-to-date on project scope and keep clients informed.
  • Problem-Solving: Find solutions to challenges in e-commerce, brand identity, and web presence.
  • Quality Assurance: Test and troubleshoot projects to ensure top-notch results.
Required Capabilities:
  • Tech Know-How: Proficiency in web development and troubleshooting.
  • Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
  • Project Management Savvy: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Time Mastery: Ability to juggle tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
Requirements:
  • Two years of website building experience.
  • WordPress experience is required. Shopify experience is desirable.
