Marketing Role

Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters is seeking a Marketing Executive to sit at the centre of how we bring our brand to life across trade and café channels.

This commercially focused marketing role is a rare chance to step into a position that's as grounded in delivery as it is in brand impact. As the lead on campaign rollout, promotions, events, and in-store activations, you'll turn plans into impact and make things happen.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute the Wholesale and Café marketing calendar, aligned to brand and commercial priorities
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns and promotions, from brief to post-campaign wrap
  • Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and approvals for POS, toolkits, merch, pitch decks, and internal communications
  • Activate local area marketing and provide tactical in-store support
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, ops, and creative teams to maintain campaign cohesion

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll partner with various stakeholders, including National Sales Manager, Creative Director, Café and Ops teams, and internal digital and innovation teams.
