Job Title: Vibrant OSHC Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily operations of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators in creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children.

About the Role:
  1. Oversee daily operations of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators.
  3. Design engaging, play-based programs tailored to children's interests.
  4. Build trusted relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet the needs of children and families.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Willingness to act as the Nominated Supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, MTOP, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Previous experience leading an OSHC or similar service.
