FX Sales Professional Opportunity\

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career with a leading foreign exchange group in Melbourne Airport. You will be focused on developing individual skills and achieving goals.

The main responsibilities of this position involve delivering exceptional customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency. Key duties include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
  • Building strong relationships with customers and securing repeat business
  • Completing daily branch duties

We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, competitive remuneration, and an exciting incentive scheme for hitting sales targets. Essential requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure

Working hours are 38 per week, 5 days out of 7, between 10pm and 5:30am. Availability every Saturday and Sunday is required.
