We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Coordinator Driver to join our team at Kennards Hire. This is a key role that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As an Equipment Coordinator Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing expert advice on equipment usage, and ensuring that our equipment is ready for hire.

This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work weekends on a rotating roster. You will also need to possess strong physical fitness and the ability to pass a drug test.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package of $79,561 per annum, including superannuation and profit share. About the Role
  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, which includes safely loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.
  • Perform equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to pass a drug test.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and team player.
