About the Company
Ivory Group is a reputable builder known for delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney. With a prosperous project pipeline, they are seeking a Site Supervisor/Site Manager to oversee current and upcoming residential projects in Sydney.


About the Position
As the Site Supervisor/Site Manager, you will report to the Site Manager to supervise on-site construction operations. You will work on upcoming residential projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet WHS compliance requirements and are delivered on time. You'll be supported by a well-resourced team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.


Duties
Key responsibilities include:



  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of project sites
  • WHS management and compliance
  • Subcontractor management and programme management
  • Structures and finishes focus
  • Toolbox talks, site inductions, and other activities
  • Managing remediation/waterproofing subcontractors

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A trade qualification
  • Demonstrated project experience in the residential sector
  • Substantial waterproofing/remediation experience for residential apartments
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers
