Job Overview

Cyber security is a critical component of our operational infrastructure, and we are seeking an accomplished Cyber Security IT/OT Professional to assume a key role in our organization.

  • The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in the secure design, implementation, and operation of IT and OT environments.
  • This includes leading the implementation of tailored security controls for OT/ICS/SCADA assets, such as PLCs, HMIs, and DCS.
  • Additionally, the individual will serve as a subject matter expert on threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations specific to IT/OT networks and systems.
  • They will also support the maintenance of OT policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with our objectives and values.
  • Furthermore, they will contribute to continuous monitoring and reporting on the compliance status of our IT systems against applicable internal and external requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cyber security, along with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. A thorough understanding of ISM and OT-specific frameworks and architectures is also essential.
