As a Financial Expert, you will play a key role in supporting the distribution team across retail and institutional reporting. You will work closely with various teams, including investment, operations, legal, risk, and compliance, as well as external partners such as advisers, research managers, private clients, platform providers, and dealer groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly institutional reporting
  • Work with operations to prepare and distribute RG97, unit distribution, and performance metrics to platforms, clients, and industry databases
  • Prepare and coordinate responses to requests from external parties, including Research Houses, Platforms, and Databases
  • Use tools such as Mercer, Morningstar, and Attribution Models to provide performance analytics to advisers and internal teams
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for the sales and investment teams
  • Document new procedures and revise current procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in financial services is a must (2-4 years experience)
  • Tertiary qualifications
