Delaware North Australia is seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing bar operations efficiently. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for overseeing cash and credit transactions, maintaining a clean bar environment, and ensuring that all stock is properly rotated and checked.

About the Role:

  • Manage bar operations, including cash handling and stock management
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote the resort's services

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
  • Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail, including personal appearance and hygiene
  • Previous experience working in a bar environment, such as a bottle shop
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required
