The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for a full-time role. This critical position involves guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through the implementation of best practices.

  1. Lead requirements gathering including delivering process and tool workshops and demos.
  2. Have ITIL or other best practice process expertise in one or more areas.
  3. Work with and lead business analysts in BA duties.
  4. Provide process definition guidance and best practices.
  5. Plan and monitor deliverables before implementation.
  6. Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy.
  7. Develop processes and maintain continual improvement programs.
  8. Update and maintain all process documentation.
  9. Design processes and standardize, improve or redesign existing ones.
  10. Design new processes to improve service delivery and maintain client relationships ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  11. Prepare documentation for deliverables such as business documents and support management activities such as project or task management.
  12. Act as a point of contact between the client and the technical team regarding requirements and process-related concerns.
  13. Maintain the whole operational process in compliance with the quality standards and contractual requirements determined by the company.
  14. In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Solution Consultants, conduct transition briefings - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for engagements.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Process Design or Requirements Management experience.
  2. ITIL v3 or 4.
  3. Certified Process Design Engineer.
  4. Desirable: Six Sigma, Agile, Prosci, TOGAF.
  5. CSA Business Process for Implementation.
