Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide safe and effective direct nursing care in line with best practice principles.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' needs and develop individualised care plans.
  • Evaluate and make clinical decisions regarding resident care, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality of life for residents.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with demonstrated experience in aged care or hospital settings.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
  • Understanding of ANACC guidelines, including documentation and funding submissions.
