Job DescriptionAs a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and assessing cardiac conditions using ultrasound technology. Your expertise will contribute to accurate patient evaluations and treatment planning.
- Perform echocardiograms and related diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to aid in the interpretation and reporting of echocardiographic findings
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
- Certified Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with specialization in echocardiography
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and related software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
