Visionary Landscape Designer

As a landscape architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of cities and communities. Your innovative approach and technical expertise will drive high-quality design solutions that deliver meaningful results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex multi-disciplinary teams and be able to lead project delivery with confidence. You will also be responsible for developing staff capabilities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and nurture consulting staff through coaching, mentoring, and skills development.
- Build and maintain client relationships, resulting in repeat work and professional networks across various industry sectors.
- Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, including medium to large projects with complex multi-disciplinary teams.
- Drive and deliver high-quality technical, production, and design input to the National Design team.
- Support or lead external and internal meetings, deliver strategic design strategies, and achieve commercial performance KPIs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture.
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and graphic formats (Adobe Creative Suite) for developing and documenting complex landscape architecture designs.
