About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Bayside Group. As a key member of our urban development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and other engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners, including sub-contractors and councils.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned and identify potential issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Conversance with various software packages, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Experience with residential and commercial urban development projects, including design, construction, and project management.
  • High-level industry awareness and engagement, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • National Engineer Register (NER) accreditation is advantageous but not obligatory.
