Job Title: Visual Merchandising Assistant

We are seeking reliable and efficient individuals to assist our lead visual merchandising team in setting up floral displays for Valentine's Day at major supermarkets.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting the team in setting up and maintaining visually appealing displays, ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bringing in flower stock from the loading area
  • Help set up display stands
  • Place flower bunches in water
  • Clean as directed

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and bend with a maximum weight of 10kgs
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Well-presented and able to work in-store during operating hours

Working Conditions:

Most positions involve setting up 4-5 stores per shift (5-7 hours). Shift start times are approximately 6am each day. Travel between stores may be required if using own transport.
