The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This is a permanent full-time position based in the North of Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care and support services to residents in collaboration with care recipients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Supervise and monitor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers, ensuring they are providing high-quality care and support.
- Exercise initiative in regard to clinical care matters, ensuring residents' health and wellness are supported.
- Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to clinical care.
- Relevant qualifications and current AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards (or the ability to acquire this).
- Satisfactory national police check within the last three months.
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement.
- If you are on a visa, a copy of your current IMMI Letter.
