About the role

The Postdoctoral Researcher will work with Professor to undertake collaborative and self-directed research in quantitative marketing. The role involves developing and applying econometric models to obtain novel insights on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and apply econometric models to analyze empirical data
  • Collaborate with industry partners to obtain and analyze data
  • Present research at national and international conferences
  • Conduct field experiments with industry partners
  • Process, clean, and analyze research data
  • Publish research in top marketing and related journals

Selection criteria

  • PhD in Marketing, Business, Econometrics, or Computer Science with strong background in empirical econometric models
  • Demonstrated strong interest in real-world marketing issues
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative background and training
  • Demonstrated strong programming and data handling skills
  • Proven or demonstrated excellent potential for an outstanding publication record
