About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Consultant to join our team at Iris Software. As a key member of our People and Workforce team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative insights to clients through the design and implementation of the Dayforce solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead Dayforce projects to enhance business functionality and organisational performance.
  • Plan and facilitate client workshops, developing key deliverables such as Solution Design Blueprints and Configuration workbooks.
  • Perform fit-for-purpose analysis and provide advice on technology solutions and industry best practices.
  • Design, build and test the Dayforce solution, including Core HR, Workforce Management, Talent Suite, Payroll, Integration and Systems.
  • Participate in opportunity management initiatives, creating proposals and conducting solution demonstrations.
  • Undertake domain-specific advisory services, including remediation assessments and business case development.
What We're Looking For
  • Relevant degree or qualification.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Dayforce technology solutions.
  • Certification in Dayforce modules.
  • Experience in leading projects or work streams on complex engagements.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing senior stakeholder networks and relationships.
