Finance and Insurance Business Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team in Tweed Heads. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with customers to discuss and sell finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with all customers to talk about and sell finance and/or insurance from the dealership's own supplier, offering Branded Finance, insurance and GFV products.
  • Assist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessary.
  • Ensure sales and profit objectives for Finance and Insurance are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of the range of finance and insurance products.
  • Prospect potential additional sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance and insurance sales is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
