We seek a seasoned Senior Engineer with experience working in IT Managed Service Provider environments to join our team. This role reports directly into the Service Delivery Manager, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive approach to project delivery, as well as exceptional customer service skills to deliver and manage solutions for our clients.
