As an MR driver, you play a key role in connecting people with the products they need to upgrade their homes. Working with a fun and supportive team, you will deliver fresh deliveries to customers across various locations.
About The PositionThe ideal candidate is a reliable and self-motivated individual who is passionate about helping others. They are responsible for loading and delivering items, coordinating daily tasks through our mobile app, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Load and transport goods from our warehouse to customers' locations.
- Utilize our mobile application to manage daily tasks, update customers on arrival times, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Connect customers with various products, including kitchen appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment.
- Ensure a seamless delivery experience by removing old appliances and packaging in collaboration with our dedicated recycling team.
- Provide product demonstrations, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- A valid MR license and safe driving record are essential.
- A White Card certification ensures a safe working environment for everyone.
- Previous experience in big and bulky deliveries is highly desirable.
- Self-motivation, reliability, and excellent communication skills are required to excel in this role.
