Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Leader to join our organization. This role offers the opportunity to guide a team of educators in creating engaging and imaginative experiences for every child, transforming learning into an exciting journey filled with discovery and wonder.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and supporting educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences. They will be responsible for leading curriculum development initiatives and participating in professional development opportunities through our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators in developing thoughtful and provoking experiences for children.
  • Develop and implement curricula that promote creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with Pedagogical partners and mentoring teams to support program improvement and educator development.
  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and inclusive practices as part of Cultural Pedagogy, Sustainability, The Arts, Documentation, and Wellbeing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Acecqa-approved diploma of early childhood education and care qualification or higher.
  • A current state-relevant working with children check.
  • Current child protection training or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
