We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at our Canberra DFO store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and Yd. product offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising, ensuring the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
