At Clough, we're looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join our team on a significant sustainable infrastructure project in Perth. This project reduces waste and emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with technical requirements for off-site factory testing, installation works on site, site acceptance testing, commissioning, and start-up of the project instrumentation, control & communications system.
  • Perform tasks including preparation and review of works packs and commissioning procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with 10+ years of I&C Engineering experience.
  • Site experience in Construction and Commissioning environments.
  • Good knowledge of processing plants and power stations.
  • Extensive knowledge of I&C communications and control systems (PLC and SCADA).
  • Familiarity with Siemens automation software (SIMATIC PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, TopServer) and Schneider Electric SCADA (GeoSCADA); formal certification is a plus.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
  • Ability to integrate IEC61850 communication with electrical relays, circuit breakers, and protection systems.
