Job Description:

Are you a sports enthusiast looking for a career that combines your passion with professional growth? We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Area Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced industry, working closely with our team to drive business success. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including staff recruitment and training, delivering sports programs for children, customer service, B2B sales, marketing, and managing a team of sports coaches.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently while being part of a dynamic team. If you have relevant experience and a passion for sports, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in crew management (preferably)
  • 1 year of experience in sports coaching (preferably)
  • Full Driver's License (required)
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and an attractive commission structure. Other benefits include the option to work from home, flexible scheduling (Monday to Friday), and supplementary pay through commission and performance bonuses.
