We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Newly by HealthcareLink. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to residents with their activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care, responding to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Complete accurate and timely reporting and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring residents and their families feel valued and supported.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Previous experience in a personal care role in Aged Care is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centered care, with a focus on resident outcomes and satisfaction.
