Leadership Role in Eating Disorders Care

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to provide advanced clinical expertise, care and leadership for our Integrated Mental Health Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group care for people with complex eating disorders.
  • Maintain current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
  • Utilize advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills in relation to eating disorders.
  • Facilitate the professional development of self and others.
  • Contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Requirements:

  • Advanced specialist knowledge and experience in eating disorders.
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Commitment to contributing to the health equity agenda.
