Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in significant corporate litigation and regulatory investigations and prosecutions undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.
  • Brief counsel, draft correspondence, prepare advices, prepare evidence, and assist with proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Quality post-qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice.
  • Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience.
  • Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and strong academic results.
  • An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a drive to engage with clients and Counsel directly.
