Position Overview:

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a talented and passionate Qualified Automotive Mechanic to become a part of our Used Cars division in Burwood. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment, appreciate collaboration, and thrive in hands-on roles.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine servicing, refurbishing, and issuing Roadworthy Certificates upon completion.
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues.
  • Recognize additional necessary repairs and execute them proficiently.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Penfold Retail standards.
  • Perform test drives on vehicles.
  • Provide high-quality and prompt service according to Repair Order specifications.
  • Carry out comprehensive quality assessments on all finished work.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Technician certification and licensed vehicle tester to issue roadworthiness certificates.
  • Genuine passion for the automotive brand.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic service center setting.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
